Refund Policy

Here is how refunds and changes work.

Coaching Calls

All coaching call payments are non-refundable.

• Need a new time? You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations, late changes, and no-shows: Cancellations, changes made less than 24 hours before your call, and missed calls (no-shows) are not refunded or rescheduled.
• If Crystal needs to cancel: You can choose a full refund or a new time.

To reschedule, please send a message through our contact form at https://crystallbass.com/contact-us at least 24 hours before your call. Include your name, the email you used, and your booking date.

Books, eBooks, Merchandise, and Other Products

All product sales are final and non-refundable. This includes digital products (such as eBooks and downloads) and physical products (such as books and merchandise). We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products.

Orders placed through third-party stores (such as Amazon) are handled by that store.
