Welcome to crystallbass.com (the "Site"), operated by Crystal L. Bass ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, booking a service, or buying a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Please do not:

• Interfere with the Site or try to access it without permission
• Submit false, harmful, or offensive information through our forms
• Copy, scrape, or misuse Site content

We may update, change, or remove parts of the Site at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, videos, photos, graphics, logos, books, and course or coaching materials, belongs to Crystal L. Bass or is used with permission. This includes content related to Divas And Dementia. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use with credit and a link back. You may not copy, sell, republish, or create works based on our content without written permission.

Not Professional Advice

Coaching calls, workshops, speaking, and all Site content are for educational and inspirational purposes only.

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. It is also not medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Caregiving and dementia content is not medical advice. It is based on personal experience. Always talk with a doctor or other qualified professional about the health, care, or safety of the person you care for.
• You are responsible for your own decisions and results. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as career, business, or income results.

Bookings and Payments

• Coaching calls are paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change, but changes will not affect calls you have already paid for.
• Please arrive on time. Calls end at their scheduled time, even if they start late.
• Coaching call payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Submitting an inquiry form for speaking, brand collaborations, retreats, or workshops does not create a booking or contract. Those services are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Books and Products

Books and eBooks may be sold through the Site or through third-party stores, such as Amazon. Purchases made on a third-party store are also subject to that store's terms. All product sales, digital and physical, are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.

Text Messages

If you agree to receive texts from Crystal L. Bass, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Links to Other Sites

The Site may link to other websites, such as online stores and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies.
